The Admission Criteria:

Survivors of motor vehicle accidents. - Workman's compensation injuries or catastrophic injuries.
- We provide adult, adolescent and pediatric individual evaluations.
Each patient has an individualized treatment plan based on their special needs. Treatment is aimed at improving cognitive deficits and physical limitations with emotional regulation secondary to closed head and/or catastrophic injuries.
Behavioral Management
Soka provides individualized counseling services using proven techniques such as long and short term goal setting, cognitive retaining, and community resource linkages. We are able to promote and maximize self sufficiency and a greater degree of independence. Our established network of rehabilitation professionals - psychiatrist, psychologist, physical therapist, and skilled nursing can provide the necessary support to make community re-entry a viable option. Our staff works diligently to support the goals of the patient and all other professionals involved.
